L’Assemblea Costituente dell’Associazione di Promozione Sociale was held at Villa Mariani, a Casatenovo, November 30, 2010, starting work at 21:30.

I firmatari, in numero di 68 hanno aderito all’associazione, versando la quota che, in prima proposta, risulta essere di 5 Euro (quota minima).
Per votazione è stato deciso che il numero dei consiglieri è pari a 9.
Si è proceduto alla verifica della disponibilità dei candidati per il Consiglio, e successivamente alla votazione, per scrutino segreto, degli stessi.
E’ stato poi deciso, sempre per votazione, che il nome dell’associazione sia “L’altra campanella”, riservando però di tenere some of the names proposed as a reserve, where, in the activation domain on the web, the chosen name is inflated.
