Like a bolt from the blue, this afternoon we received the news that planning commission has been voted and approved the variation to the PRG on Pillirina (Plemmirio). A fantastic news that the crown and reward all the efforts made in recent months by the various associations and ordinary citizens who fought to ensure that a devastation of this scale against a place that is so precious for all the Syracusans what Plemmirio ( Pillirina commonly called by many) was at least put into question. The argument of course is not closed, since the document will then be discussed and approved by the council, but a first step has been taken and it is with great joy that we give the news to all those who are following the story Plemmirio / Pillirina and who care about their city.
