Il Disegno di Legge che aumenta età VFP1 a 28 anni ( http://www.senato.it/leg/15/BGT/Schede/Ddliter/28663.htm )
è entrato nell'ultima fase prima della votazione ovvero l'esame in commissione, grazie alla relazione del primo firmatario il senatore Fosco Giannini , crediamo fermamente che ormai prima dell'uscita del prossimo bando verrà valutato il disegno di legge anche perchè va a modificare un requisito di partecipazione del bando stesso, e inoltre dopo i pareri favorevoli della commissione affari costituzionali e bilancio ormai si aspetta solo la ripresa delle attività del Senato per la votazione del disegno!

The rapporteur RIPAMONTI (IU-Greens-Com) introduced the bill in the title indicating that the measure is intended to raise from 25 to 28 years requisito per la partecipazione ai concorsi per volontario in ferma annuale. A tal riguardo, la disposizione sembrerebbe avere una natura esclusivamente ordinamentale. Appare comunque opportuno acquisire conferma dal Governo dell’assenza di effetti negativi diretti sul bilancio dello Stato, valutando l’opportunità di specificare la decorrenza delle modifiche in funzione dell’obiettivo di evitare contenzioso.
Il sottosegretario CASULA conferma che il provvedimento ha natura esclusivamente ordinamentale e condivide l’opportunità di specificare le modifiche al fine di evitare contenzioso.
La Sottocommissione esprime quindi parere non ostativo segnalando alla Commissione di merito l’opportunità to specify the effective date of amendments made in order to avoid litigation for the bankruptcy proceedings. "
