CONSIDERED
- Article. 28 of the Statute of the City of Cavriago provides:

THIS RESOLUTION WITH THE CITY COUNCIL OF CAVRIAGO
- establishing, in accordance with soprarichiamato of art. 28 of the municipal council a committee temporary named "Institutional affairs and popular participation" with the purposes of:
· Deepen forms and instruments of popular participation to be proposed at the end of the work of the Commission stessa, al Consiglio comunale per la loro eventuale e formale approvazione;
· verificare la possibilità di rivedere e riformulare:
1. lo Statuto comunale per quanto riguarda l’eventuale individuazione e istituzione di “Commissioni consiliari permanenti”;
2. il “Regolamento per l'esercizio del diritto di accesso” per quanto concerne l’attività dei Consiglieri comunali;
3. il “Regolamento City Council;
